WHS Alumni Roster - Signup Request Form

Use the form below if you would like to make full use of this site and do not already have the required Login ID and password.

If you previously received your access information via email, but have misplaced it, you may be able to retrieve it immediately from the login page. To do so, enter your email address in the designated space on the login page and then click the button labeled "Email it to me". You should receive you information via email within minutes. For this procedure to work, you must enter the same email address that your original access information was sent to! If you enter any other email address, it will not be accepted.

If you do not already have your personal access information, please fill out the following form. We will match you against our printed alumni directory by name and graduation year. Once we have added you to our online roster you should receive your personal access information via email. If there is any reason why we may not find you in the alumni directory (i.e. you moved before graduation, you graduated as a junior, you name changed due to a family situation, etc.), please use the Comments area to explain.

Note to Non-Alumni:

	If you attended WHS as a student but left before graduation, please use the *Comments* field to explain this. For Graduation Year, enter the year that you would have graduated at WHS had you remained.
	If you are a former or present WHS teacher or administrator, or are involved with WHS in some other way, please indicate so in the Comments field. When filling out the Graduation Year field, enter the last year you were involved with WHS. If your involvement is current, just enter the current year!
